No. WHIFF is a sensory breathwork tool used at the nose as part of a guided breathing ritual.

WHIFF can be used with the approved ritual instructions, while State OS provides guided breathing and the work-block timer. One year of State OS access is included with both packs.
07How long should I use a jar after opening?+
For the intended product experience, use it within 30 days after opening. The unopened product has a two-year expiry.
08How long does delivery take?+
Delivery normally takes 3–7 days.
09What are the shipping charges?+
