Step 2 – Perform the Whiff Breath Ritual in one go: Left nostril → Right nostril → Deep inhale through both → Exhale. No pause between breaths. React however you feel — raw is real.
Step 3 – Post the video on Instagram. Tag @whiffitofficial and use #WhiffItChallenge. Nominate one person who you think won’t survive it
